Commercial Energy Audits

The commercial energy audits that Michigan Energy Options is able to perform range from Introductory Energy Evaluations (IEEs) to Technical Energy Audits (TEAs) for major engineering and architectural studies. 

Our assessment can cover any or all of the following areas depending on your organization's needs; lighting, heating, cooling, refrigeration, cooking, motors and the building shell.  Our energy specialist will walk through the facility to assess items that need attention. With experienced raters and valuable followup reports, you will learn about areas that are costing you energy dollars and what you can do about them.

For larger and more energy-intensive facilities a complete energy audit is more appropriate. A technical energy audit will provide you with a detailed utility bill and rate analysis and let you know where your utility dollars are going.
