A certified building analyst, Meeder has 6 years of experience in the energy field. As Energy Programs Coordinator, he is involved in several programs within the organization, performing various management, outreach and education roles.

Meeder received an Alternative Energy Technology Associates Degree from Lansing Community College, as well as a Building Analyst Certification from the Building Performance Institute, a national standards development and credentialing organization for residential energy efficiency retrofit work. He has worked as a residential builder, an energy efficient and solid state lighting sales consultant, and an energy optimization auditor for DTE Energy. Along with his experience and work in energy efficiency, Meeder is also interested in gardening, composting and nature conservancy, as well as greenhouse construction and passive solar design.
