Interested in working with people and businesses to increase environmentally-friendly practices while reducing overall costs of living, Ryan Engle has become involved in providing energy assessments through several of MEO's northern office's programs, including the residential energy assessment and BetterBuildings for Michigan programs.

Before joining MEO in May 2011, Engle worked in the nonprofit sector for 15 years, serving on several boards and as the Executive Director of a small health and wellness center. He is currently working on his BS in Construction Management from Northern Michigan University.
