Matt Anderson has been involved with Michigan Energy Options for over 20 years. As office assistant, he manages the East Lansing office's library and databases and acts as the office recycling coordinator.

Anderson has a BA in English from Hope College. He also serves as a library assistant at the East Lansing Public Library, and is actively involved in Lansing's Allen Neighborhood Center's farmers markets. He has volunteered for The Recyclers of Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton Counties and earned Recycler of the Year Award in 1993.
